  • We do not store or process full payment card details

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order is delivered.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Standard (non-custom) items may be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Custom or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before production or dispatch

  • Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control

  • Our total liability for any product is limited to the amount paid for that product
